Oggi ho trovato in posta una graditissima sorpresa, una ricetta di Valentina. Una ragazza mia coetanea che vive a Padova e che mi ha inviato questo dessert per partecipare al Mio Contest Cannellami. Sono molto contenta, che questa spezia sia molto apprezzata un pò ovunque. Grazie Valentina per avermi inviato la ricetta.
Ecco la sua preparazione: Pelare le mele e tagliarle a fettine, metterle in padella con il cucchiaio di zucchero, uno di cannella e un goccio d'acqua. Lasciar sbollire a fuoco basso finchè le mele saranno diventate morbide e il liquido assorbito. Sfumare con l'agricanto e servire caldo.
L'agricanto è un liquore a base di vino raboso e ciliegie tipico del Veneto.
